Sometimes bringing out at the pots and pans, cracking eggs and making a hash just isn’t in the cards on a busy Wednesday morning. When you’re eating clean, gone are the days are a quick bowl of cereal for breakfast – until now.
This cereal is super quick to throw together on meal prep day – I keep it in the fridge and pull it out for a super fast breakfast! With all of the different textures, of the fresh banana and crunchy cacao nibs – it’s a breakfast party!
This breakfast is protein packed with the nuts and nut butter. The healthy fats keep you full and energized until lunch. I just love the freeze dried fruit, the strawberries are super tart while the blueberries add a touch of sweetness. Plus, they are super affordable.
This can also be customized for your taste – like freeze dried raspberries? Use those instead! Not into pumpkin pie spice? Eat it plain or use cinnamon!
Top this cereal off with some almond milk and a drizzle nut butter.
